Made in WA, Australia

Posted by Visual Cocaine
In October 2012 we embarked on a project to timelapse Australia. With over 300,000 photos taken and 21TB of WD hard drives full, we're nearing the end of this extraordinary journey. Please visit facebook.com/timelapsetheworld to follow the journey. Of the six states in Australia, Western Australia covers the greatest area, occupying 33% of the continent. It covers in excess of 2.5 million square km, with a coastline length of 20,871km. It is a place of extraordinary beauty. First, we visited the South West - Mandurah, Busselton, Margaret River, Pemberton, Albany, Esperance, Norseman, Kalgoorlie and Merredin. Second, the Coral Coast north of Perth including Cervantes, Geraldton and Kalbarri. Third, Broome and the Kimberleys. We went on the ‘9 day Wild Kimberley Loop’ tour with KIMBERLEY WILD EXPEDITIONS visiting Windjana Gorge, Tunnel Creek, Bell Gorge, Mt Barnett Station, El Questro Wilderness Park, Lake Argyle, Kununurra, Bungle Bungles, Fitzroy Crossing and Geikie Gorge. We stayed at many wonderful hotels, motels and resorts, all generously donated. I urge you to support them if you travel their way.
